TouchCare is a healthcare concierge service that simplifies health insurance and the healthcare system by providing members with a personal assistant to resolve billing issues, coordinate with providers, and save time and money. The company is committed to providing a healthier understanding of healthcare, making navigation more convenient and stress-free. The Sales team is crucial for expanding TouchCare’s impact. TouchCare is seeking experienced Senior Sales Consultants to accelerate its rapid growth plans. This role offers an opportunity to influence an early-stage company in the growing healthcare industry. As a key team member, the Senior Sales Consultant should have a strong background in the healthcare system and employee benefits, extensive experience working with health insurance brokers, and a strong broker network. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding consultative sales, interpersonal, and networking skills, and will be comfortable with entrepreneurialism in opening and building new markets and territories within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

  • 7 years of sales experience in the healthcare, health insurance or health tech industries
  • Successful track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas (i.e. President's club)
  • Consultative sales experience selling through a third-party distribution channel
  • Deep understanding of the health insurance broker distribution channel
  • Have a large existing health insurance broker network
  • Experience selling healthcare advocacy or concierge services to enterprise prospects
  • A builder mindset for growing and maintaining a large network
  • Highly skilled at presenting and team selling in a virtual environment
  • Experience selling large ticket/expensive items in SAAS or recurring revenue model
  • Classically trained sales professional that leverages a sales process
  • Persuasive communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Value and utilize data to drive activities and decision making
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
  • Experienced user of SalesForce and other CRMs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a territory of health insurance brokers
  • Work with insurance brokers to identify potential large prospect referrals
  • Sell healthcare concierge and advocacy services to prospects
  • Partner with brokers to team sell enterprise prospects
  • Deliver worldclass sales demos and presentations in a virtual sales environment
  • Facilitate and manage sales presentations with C-level decision makers
  • Be a subject matter expert on healthcare advocacy and concierge services
  • Clearly articulate the TouchCare value proposition and differentiators
  • Provide prospects with demonstrable examples of our worldclass service model
  • Address and resolve sales objections from brokers and prospects
  • Execute a highly efficient and effective sales process with brokers and prospects
  • Achieve annual broker development objectives, sales quotas, and pricing targets
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
  • Partner with Client Success to ensure every client relationship gets off to a great start
  • Remain focused on top of the funnel lead development activities while closing business
  • Leverage SalesForce and email marketing software to support lead generation
