This includes but is not limited to: Processing commission payments for a subset of commissionable employees at varying frequencies, i.e. monthly, quarterly, or annually Ensuring all payments and processes adhere to the commissions governance framework Auditing commission payments Providing support to the sales teams regarding their commission payments and compensation plans as needed Work closely with other finance teams, HR, operations, legal, as well as various other departments providing support, analysis, research, and/or guidance related to compensation plans and commission payments Perform detailed sales reporting and analysis Participate in commission compensation planning including but not limited to strategy, analysis, document drafting and quota development Ad hoc projects, analysis, and research as needed Hybrid, 2 days remote & 3 days a week onsite at one of the following Global Payments offices, Atlanta GA, Alpharetta GA or Cincinnati, OH. Standard business hours

Requirements

  • 4 years related commissions administration and/or analysis experience
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Skilled in working with large sets of data
  • Sales reporting experience
  • Deadline driven
  • Ability to adapt to change

  • Experience partnering with other departments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lead on projects and tasks

Responsibilities
