The following locations in the Southeast region are approved remote working locations for this role: Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. What You'll Do: As the Senior Sales and Marketing Systems Manager and Analytics, you will lead the strategic roadmap for our Revenue Operations tech stack. You will be responsible for the health, integration, and optimization of systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring data flows seamlessly from the first marketing touchpoint to the final sale. You will also be the primary architect of our reporting framework, providing executive-level insights that drive growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in Sales/Marketing Operations or Systems Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Technical Mastery: Salesforce: Expert-level knowledge (Admin certification highly preferred).
  • Marketing Automation: Deep experience with HubSpot and Insycle (our lead routing technology).
  • BI Tools: Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for advanced data visualization.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to write Salesforce and Hubspot reports and perform complex data modeling in Excel.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to work in a general office environment
  • Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone
  • Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 5%

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the church/nonprofit tech landscape is a significant plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • System Architecture & Administration: Own the administration and optimization of the sales and marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Spekit, etc.).
  • Data Strategy & Governance: Maintain high data integrity across all systems. Manage lead routing, lead-to-account mapping, and database hygiene.
  • Full-Funnel Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards that track KPIs across the entire customer journey, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
  • Process Engineering: Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to design and implement scalable workflows that reduce friction and increase rep productivity.
  • Forecasting & Modeling: Provide regular revenue forecasts and performance analysis to the executive team, identifying trends and "breaks" in the demand waterfall.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the technical expert for Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure all teams are aligned on a "single source of truth" for data.
