Position Summary The Sr Sales Executive – Service and Preventative Maintenance will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new commercial service agreements, service repairs, and small project opportunities for CAM HVAC. This highly motivated, hunter-type sales professional will be based in Smithfield, RI, and is expected to bring deep knowledge of the local market, an established network, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in HVAC or MEP commercial service.
  • Deep familiarity with the Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts commercial markets.
  • Hunter mentality with proven new business development experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with operations and service teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales process to drive new commercial service agreements and small projects.
  • Actively prospect, develop, and maintain new customer relationships within the local market.
  • Educate prospective customers on CAM’s service offerings, value proposition, and quality of work.
  • Facilitate smooth post-sale transitions with internal service and project management teams.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Track, manage, and report all sales activities in Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Support the estimation and proposal process in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Identify and communicate local market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
  • Meet or exceed individual performance KPIs and sales goals.
