Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum age of 21
Valid State-issued Driver’s License
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of one-year experience in military, law enforcement or security required.
Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet Company insurability requirements.

Nice To Haves

Certifications in CPR, First Aid, or other relevant safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

Assists the Safety & Security Department in maintaining a safe and secure Center environment.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Responsible for Center security, visitor control, and student accountability.
Provide safety training and education programs to community members and staff.
Respond to safety and security incidents, conducting investigations and documentation as needed.
Analyze safety data and trends to improve ongoing safety protocols and strategies.
Create and maintain positive relationships with community organizations to promote safety awareness and education.
