We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead and uplevel one of our Account Executive teams in Houston, helping drive immediate revenue results while transforming how we coach, operate, and win at scale. This is a highly visible role for a coaching-first, data-driven leader who thrives in high-velocity environments and brings both rigor and energy to the floor. You’ll lead a team of 6–10 Account Executives, own the number, and partner closely with Sales Leadership to strengthen the systems, metrics, and coaching motions that define a high-performing sales org. As a leader at an AI-first company, you’ll also help your team retool how they work—using AI, data, and experimentation to increase throughput, improve deal quality, and accelerate learning across the team. You’ll be a core leader in the Houston hub, shaping how sales operates day to day and influencing how we scale the org over the next phase of growth. This role has real latitude: you’ll help define standards, coaching rhythms, and operating expectations — not just execute someone else’s playbook.
