About The Position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Process & Systems Transformation Program, which focuses on harmonizing business processes and facilitating the migration to a standardized ERP system using SAP's S/4HANA. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of critical quality management processes across various business units. You will collaborate with teams to design and implement solutions that not only meet business requirements but also enhance overall operational performance. Requirements

University degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree.
Extensive experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP, particularly in quality management.
Deep knowledge of SAP QM functionalities, including inspection types and quality notifications.
Experience with ERP implementations and project management in complex organizations.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead the detailed design and blueprinting for processes focusing on quality management.
Collaborate with business units to standardize quality processes and systems.
Support testing phases by working with leaders to ensure functionality and address defects.
Facilitate the migration from legacy systems to new SAP environments.
Mentor and guide less experienced team members in quality management processes.
