Requirements

10+ years of experience in SAP technologies, including core modules and integration
5+ years in SAP S/4HANA Utilities (IS-U)
5+ years hands-on experience with SAP BTP and Integration Suite
3+ years of experience with AWS technologies
Expertise in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, and related BTP services
Strong understanding of integration protocols (SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, RFC)
Ability to define and enforce architectural standards for scalability, security, and performance

Nice To Haves

SAP Certified Solution Architect or SAP Technology Professional Certification
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with TOGAF or Lean IX frameworks
Background in Energy or Utility industry

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S/4 and supporting systems
Define SAP data access and integration capabilities to meet business requirements
Lead design and implementation using SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Event Mesh, DataSphere, and related services
Establish and enforce SAP standards, patterns, and best practices across the enterprise
Provide technical leadership during project execution and mentor team members
Stay current with SAP technologies and recommend continuous improvements

$173,000–$193,000 annually or $100–$110 per hour , depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
