Senior RTL Designer Pathfinding & Fast Prototyping

We are seeking an experienced and highly self-driven RTL Designer to join our innovative hardware architecture team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of high-performance digital circuits, focusing on pathfinding and fast prototyping projects for next-generation IPs and technology. You will work independently to transform novel architectural concepts or algorithms into efficient efficient RTL implementations and rapidly iterate with emerging specifications.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in RTL design, ideally for CPUs, ASICs, FPGAs, or custom hardware accelerators.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong ownership and self-motivation.
- Deep understanding of digital design concepts: pipelining, clock domains, bus protocols, state machines, memory subsystems, etc.
- Fluent in Verilog/SystemVerilog and simulation environments; experience with fast prototyping flows (HLS, Spec2RTL, ...).
- Familiarity with frontend EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor, ...).
- Experience with scripting (TCL, Python) for tool automation and workflow optimization.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical,munication, and documentation skills; ability to present technical results and rationale.
Nice To Haves
- (1) Knowledge in microprocessor design, MAC/PHY, RDMA development, network NIC/Switch systems.
- (2) Exposure to hardware emulation, FPGA prototyping, or pre-silicon validation flows.
