About The Position

ACLC is seeking a qualified Senior Role Player to support training services provided to a US Government customer at Camp Bullis, TX and surrounding locations. This position is contingent upon contract award. Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Role Player coordinates and manages the tactical employment of role players in support of Government customer training requirements. Ensures all personnel and training areas are prepared and ready to support training scenarios and ensures all safety procedures and policies are met. The Senior Role Player also coordinates and schedules role players to support Government training needs. Contract personnel will integrate into military training scenarios using real military weapons, equipment, and vehicles. They will participate in diverse situations, including but not limited to scenarios involving hostile forces, ambushes, snipers, friendly forces, police, and terrorists. Manage a work force of 6 role players to provide safe, realistic threat capabilities and tactics to support Government training scenarios. Role players must support different locations at designated times as required by the customer. Adhere to Government operating schedule which operates on a 24-hour schedule. Operating hours vary according to requirements but shall not exceed 40 hours per week. Qualifications: Must have at least 10 years military experience in a combat related career field, with recent combat operational experience. Must be able to read, understand, speak, and write English Must be able to obtain and hold a Secret security clearance. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, able to use various programs, such as Teams, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project to generate various management products such as duty schedules and status reports. Physical/Environmental Requirements: Physical contact may be required of OPFOR (Opposing Force) contract personnel during these training scenarios. Contract personnel may be required to operate Government-owned or rented vehicles, such as HMMWVs, pickup trucks, vans, and stake-bed/light duty trucks. Be capable of lifting and carrying over 40 pounds without fatigue, physical strain or stress that will cause injury. Be able to safely maneuver through a rocky/hill environment to facilitate hard and realistic combat training scenarios. Be able to stand outdoors for 4-hour intervals in all-weather environments. Be able to maintain mobility, including running, in a rocky environment. Be comfortable with physical restraint (e.g., handcuffs/zip-ties) to support various training scenarios.
