About The Position

The Senior Risk Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end risk assessments across large-scale initiatives, system implementations, and strategic projects. This role plays a critical part in identifying vulnerabilities, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring alignment with enterprise risk management frameworks. Combining deep technical expertise with strategic oversight, the successful candidate will partner cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights, enhance risk processes, and support informed decision-making at the executive level.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise, operational, or technology risk management
• Proven experience conducting complex risk assessments and validating internal controls
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to executive audiences
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high independence

• Professional designations such as FRM, CRM, CPA, or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Risk Strategy & Assessment Conduct end-to-end risk assessments across large-scale projects and system implementations
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and vulnerabilities within proposed designs and processes
• Align initiative-level risks with the broader Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
• Process Improvement & Framework Ownership Own and continuously enhance the NIRAP framework to support business growth and evolving regulatory requirements
• Drive process maturity by improving risk methodologies and governance structures
• Control Validation & Innovation Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls across business processes
• Develop and implement tools to map controls to end-to-end workflows and mitigate risk exposure
• Reporting & Insights Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting to track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Translate complex risk data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
• Provide ongoing visibility into risk exposure throughout the project lifecycle
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, and Business Operations teams
• Build strong relationships across multiple lines of defense to drive alignment and influence outcomes
• Support organization-wide risk initiatives and strategic priorities
