About The Position

As a Senior RevOps Strategist, you will be responsible for leading HubSpot implementations for clients of all sizes and industries. You will guide clients through the technical software setup, identify objectives, configure systems for business requirements, provide training, and ensure successful activation and adoption. At the senior level, you will work on complex migrations and integrations, with the possibility of managing RevOps retainer accounts based on skill level and experience. At the senior level, you will serve as an internal subject matter expert and escalation point for complex HubSpot questions, coach and mentor junior RevOps specialists and implementation strategists, and contribute to the creation of internal playbooks, frameworks, and QA processes. Success in this role is quantitatively measured through client satisfaction and internal KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience conducting HubSpot implementations/onboarding
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service products
  • Experience with complex migrations and integrations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt RevOps strategies to multiple business models, including B2B, B2C, and hybrid organizations
  • Familiarity with enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo)
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Strong client relationship management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and discovery calls with clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Create project plans and timelines for successful implementation
  • Conduct regular customer calls to track progress and address any issues
  • Provide pre-call goals and resources to clients
  • Follow up with clients on next steps and action items
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Partner with sales to scope accurate SOWs and provide strategic input during the sales process
  • Evaluate customer tech stacks and recommend appropriate onboarding approaches.
  • Guide clients through the initial HubSpot setup and configuration
  • Collaborate with technical teams for API-level integrations or custom development needs
  • Create detailed documentation for workflows, data schemas, and integration mappings
  • Develop plans for long-term success with HubSpot
  • Advise clients on HubSpot best practices and optimization strategies
  • Perform QA on configurations, workflows, and integrations before client handoff
  • Manage complex migrations and integrations with systems such as Salesforce, Shopify, Marketo, NetSuite, etc.
  • Configure HubSpot to meet specific business requirements and objectives
  • Lead implementation projects from start to finish
  • Develop strategies to help clients maximize the value of their HubSpot investment.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to leverage additional HubSpot tools and features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
  • Experience facilitating change management, enablement, and adoption strategies
  • Ability to provide workshops, training sessions, and documentation for ongoing success
  • Maintain and expand HubSpot certifications
  • Stay current with HubSpot updates, new features, and industry best practices
  • Share knowledge and expertise with team members
  • Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies
