This role reports to the Chief of Staff and serves as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, Finance, and Go-To-Market leaders across the organization. We’re seeking a Senior Director, Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence, data integrity, and scalable revenue infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance. This role is accountable for the effectiveness of our revenue data and GTM systems ecosystem, providing oversight of the analytics data zone and core revenue platforms (including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and related tooling) to ensure they consistently serve business needs. This leader is accountable for defining the RevOps systems and data strategy, ensuring that data and system outputs handed to GTM Systems and downstream teams are accurate, reliable, well-modeled, and decision-ready. They ensure revenue systems and analytics work together as a cohesive foundation for reporting, forecasting, automation, and operational execution. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, GTM Operations, or a closely related function, with progressive leadership responsibility
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers and senior individual contributors
  • Proven experience owning or overseeing revenue systems and tooling (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar platforms) in support of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support
  • Strong track record of driving operational excellence across the revenue lifecycle, including lead-to-cash, customer lifecycle management, and cross-functional workflows
  • Experience providing strategic oversight of analytics, reporting, and data platforms, with the ability to hold teams accountable for data quality, consistency, and usability
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with Finance and executive leadership on forecasting, planning, performance management, and revenue insights
  • Experience establishing governance, operating models, and accountability frameworks across systems, data, and processes
  • Strong understanding of revenue metrics and KPIs, including pipeline, forecasting, ARR/MRR, retention, churn, and expansion
  • Ability to translate company strategy into operational roadmaps, system priorities, and measurable outcomes
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that require alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-changing environment, balancing speed with rigor and scalability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading or scaling Revenue Operations teams through periods of rapid growth or change
  • Deep familiarity with RevOps system architectures and integrations across CRM, marketing automation, customer success, and support platforms
  • Experience overseeing analytics teams or data platforms that support operational and executive decision-making
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Finance on forecasting, planning, and revenue modeling

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the Revenue Operations strategy, ensuring revenue data, systems, and processes scale effectively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance
  • Provide strategic and operational ownership of GTM systems (including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, and related platforms), ensuring they are designed, integrated, and optimized to serve business needs
  • Provide strategic oversight of the RevOps data zone, ensuring that data modeling, transformation, validation, and governance standards are defined, adopted, and consistently executed by the RevOps team.
  • Ensure that data and system outputs provided to GTM Systems and downstream teams are accurate, reliable, well-documented, and decision-ready
  • Partner closely with Finance and executive leadership to translate company strategy into operational roadmaps, system priorities, and analytics initiatives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing RevOps team, including direct management of a Senior Manager, GTM Systems and a Senior Analytics Engineer
  • Oversee the design and evolution of lead-to-cash and customer lifecycle processes, ensuring clean data flow and operational clarity across systems
  • Establish and maintain consistent metric definitions, KPIs, and reporting frameworks across revenue-impacting functions
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, conversion performance, retention, and expansion trends
  • Guide the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing optimization of revenue-related tools and technologies to drive efficiency and adoption
  • Define and lead AI and automation initiatives across revenue workflows to reduce manual effort and improve scalability
  • Act as a central partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Finance, establishing clear operating models and rules of engagement
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement across the revenue organization
