As our Senior Revenue Technology Enablement Manager, you will own the enablement strategy, adoption, and performance impact of the technology that powers Huntress’ global revenue organization. This role ensures our sellers and technical teams don’t just have tools; they use them effectively, consistently, and strategically to drive outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle. You will partner with RevOps and Sales Acceleration leadership to align our revenue tech stack including Salesforce, our learning platform, and key sales engagement and intelligence tools to the workflows, behaviors, and AI-driven capabilities that enable our teams to perform at their best. This includes designing scalable training programs, monitoring adoption and utilization, and continuously optimizing how tools support pipeline creation, deal execution, customer growth, and partner success. This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer teams, Technical teams, RevOps, Product, and Channel leadership to ensure our systems, processes, and AI capabilities are fully embedded into how our global teams operate. You will also maintain strong relationships with external technology partners to ensure Huntress remains on the cutting edge of platform capabilities and can quickly translate new features into meaningful workflow improvements. As part of the Sales Acceleration team, you will support and scale revenue technology enablement as a discipline: driving consistency, efficiency, and measurable impact across all seller roles worldwide.
