Your Impact The Senior Revenue Operations Associate will play a critical role in that mission by owning core systems and workflows that directly impact sales execution and customer experience. This is an opportunity to step into revenue operations with real ownership—from managing deal flow to sales compensation—while learning from a high-performing, collaborative team. You'll help build the foundation that enables our go-to-market team to operate efficiently and scale effectively.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce), CPQ tools, and commission software (QuotaPath or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and operational rigor—you thrive in the weeds but see the big picture
  • A bias toward ownership and follow-through; you ensure systems work end-to-end
  • Clear communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, and RevOps
  • A curious mindset and a drive to improve processes—not just operate them

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in deal desk, commissions, or sales finance is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate our deal desk processes, ensuring all deals are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Manage sales compensation workflows, including commission tracking and auditing via tools like QuotaPath
  • Serve as the go-to partner for sales reps, supporting them through deal structuring, pricing, and approvals
  • Partner with RevOps teammates to maintain and improve our CRM (currently HubSpot, transitioning to Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate deal data and commission payouts
  • Identify and implement process improvements across systems, tools, and workflows
