Brex is looking for an individual to join the Revenue Operations team supporting our Post-Sales organization (Client Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success). This team is responsible for driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion, and long-term customer value. In this role, you will primarily work within Revenue Operations to support Post-Sales through reporting, data analysis, process improvements, and systems updates, improving visibility and execution across key motions such as renewals, upsell and cross-sell, churn prevention, and account health management. You will contribute to core operational initiatives including performance tracking, forecasting support, incentive and quota analysis, and coverage model execution, while maintaining and improving the data models and dashboards that power the Post-Sales organization. This role works closely with cross-functional partners such as Finance, Systems, and Data, while focusing on driving execution and analytical rigor within Revenue Operations.
