About The Position

In this role, you will oversee the delivery and enabling of strategic revenue management support for hotel partners. Your work will directly impact performance improvement and provide a competitive edge across the hotel portfolio, utilizing your analytical and communication skills to manage operations effectively. Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Management.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Management principles and industry-standard metrics.
  • Knowledge of property management systems and distribution platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, particularly in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of property management systems and distribution platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize internal processes related to billing, compliance, and vendor relationships.
  • Implement initiatives to improve adoption and retention rates while streamlining existing workflows.
  • Act as a communication lead, ensuring clarity between franchisees and stakeholders.
  • Manage operations and workflows to ensure efficiency and adherence to program standards.
  • Analyze and forecast hotel engagement metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide updates and advocacy efforts to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
