This job contributes to Starbucks’ success by leading a team of operations managers within a Roastery to achieve business results while elevating systems that create the Starbucks Reserve® Experience for our customers and partners. The Starbucks Reserve® senior operations manager provides portfolio level leadership expertise and support in retail food and beverage while continuously improving partner capability, customer experience and business results. Your time is spent building capabilities in staffing, coaching, developing, and managing the performance of a portfolio of operations managers and partners, serving customers to create a world class, hospitable experience, maintaining a safe store environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maximizing business performance across the portfolio. The partner is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks mission and values. This role is based on-site at a Reserve or Roastery location and requires open availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays) to ensure the incumbent can meet the needs of the business.
