This role sits within the Conversation Consumer Insights team, which partners with Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communications, Global Affairs, and Innovation teams. Our role is to understand the full and future view of the ecosystem to guide actionable decisions that shapes conversation now and keeps Netflix ahead in an ever-changing world. We are looking for a Senior Researcher, Cultural Trends & Intelligence, to help decode the shifting cultural landscape and understand how macro and micro trends influence entertainment behaviors. In this role, you will focus on building comprehensive and innovative cultural trends research, triangulating data from multiple sources to tell the story of where culture is headed and what it means for Netflix. You will explore the zeitgeist, emerging behaviors, and the semiotics of culture to inform Brand Marketing and Product strategies.
