The value you deliver includes: Acting as liaison between Investment Professionals and external vendors, leading approvals for research costs and delivering ad hoc spend and/or eligibility data to analysts and management Supporting investment professional requests for existing research service providers and assisting in appropriate due diligence process with legal and compliance Partnering with Investment Services colleagues to kick off contract renewal processes for existing research vendors Running the quarterly research vote cycle including quality checks on data and reporting vote results Collaborating with IIS Commission Uses, Vendor Administration, Vendor Relations and Market Data teams on eligibility changes and updates, and workflow integrations

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • Customer service or client facing experience
  • Attention to detail, ability to analyze and synthesize a wide range of data into valuable insights utilizing excel and/or other technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Masters of Library & Information Science, not required but useful

Responsibilities
