As part of the Impact team, the Senior Research Analyst will lead program evaluation efforts from the planning stages through the execution of the evaluation and testing processes. Manage evaluation projects across multiple programs. Lead evaluation capacity-building projects for programs that include empowering them with tools for real-time data decision-making to allow them to implement evaluative procedures in day-to-day program decision-making. Create effective systems for continuous improvement throughout JobTrain and the communities it serves.
