The Research Partner will be the research expert on our GTM team. You will be a co-pilot to Account Executives, Account Managers and Customer Success Managers, helping them inspire confidence in our prospects and customers and demonstrate measurable business impact through research. This role involves leading customer engagements (sales calls, workshops, enablement sessions), developing change management and enablement programs, and coordinating internally to address customer needs. Beyond traditional research enablement, you will guide customers in defining, launching, and operationalizing KPI-linked research, thereby driving retention, expansion, and long-term adoption.
