As a strategic advisor, trusted Growth Coach, and influential voice in your sector, with deep industry expertise and a pulse on market dynamics, you will serve as a valued partner to clients—guiding their most critical growth decisions and shaping long-term strategies. In this leadership role, you don’t just advise—you inspire. You’re an active contributor to industry discourse through social media, press engagements, client roundtables, and key events. Internally, you lead with insight; externally, you lead with influence—building Frost & Sullivan’s brand and presence across your sector. Clients see you as an extension of their strategy team: someone who understands their challenges, anticipates opportunities, and brings bold, data-backed thinking to the table.

Requirements

  • The Successful candidate will have an educational background in business, market research, economics, journalism, or technology with an enthusiastic curiosity about the critical role and circular economy plays in enabling business around the world.
  • A proactive, methodical, and innovative – thinking outside the box – working practice is essential, with the ability to deliver accurate, high impact results in a fast-paced team-focused environment.
  • A relevant university degree (BA, BS) in Business marketing, Economics, Journalism, or technology.
  • 9 - 11 years of analyst/consulting working experience within a Consulting and/or Advisory services business environment.
  • The ability to research and write a coherent story in proper English about a topic is critical.
  • A foundational understanding of consulting/research/investigative journalism methodologies and business modelling (primary/secondary research, coherent story development).
  • A foundational understanding of the ICT industry, such as industry structure, operational practices, and competitive landscapes.
  • Good understanding and excel on developing data deliverables analyzing key factors and circular economy market metrics
  • The ability to network to create new relationships and to proactively manage on-going relationships to stay relevant to market intelligence needs of the clients.
  • Enthusiasm for supporting business development initiatives that benefit the entire team.
  • An analytical thought process, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and business level fluency in English.
  • The desire to learn public presentation skills in front of an audience and a video camera.
  • Confident enough to present your work to a group of peers or a client and defend your analysis in a calm and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Research & Analysis - The ID is highly skilled at primary and secondary research, using multiple complex sources and tools, as well as leveraging extensive networks of industry contacts. The ID will be skilled and efficient at market segmentations, forecasts, and detailed market analysis, as well as identifying and analysing areas of industry convergence. The ID is able to identify and analyse growth opportunities across markets within multiple industries.
  • Content Creation - Delivers high quality, high impact GOA deliverables, both on his/her own and by leveraging inputs from team members. Provides thought leading content to feed into the Practice Area's GOA offering and Best Practices Award program. Main focus is on identification and analysis of market growth opportunities, production of Frost Radars and Companies 2 Action. The ID works across the whole range of GOA content deliverables and will contribute to the focus and content of GOA subscriptions as a market expert and support Program Area Managers in strategic planning.
  • Client Interactivity and Growth Coaching - With strong strategy skills and extensive market expertise, the ID will act as a Growth Coach to clients. The ID will be well know to our clients and will regularly interact as a trusted growth partner and play an active role in supporting clients' decision making. The ID will support Growth Pipeline Dialogues with clients.
  • Thought Leadership and Visibility -The ID will have a visible presence on social media to showcase market expertise and thought leadership. Will lead growth opportunity presentations across industries, deliver Analyst Briefings, give press interviews, present at conferences/seminars and produce GOA material to be usd in Think Tank sessions. The ID will be a thought leader in specific market areas and be comfortable presenting high impact growth opportunities to senior level audiences, as well as facilitating and moderating strategic discussion sessions.
  • Analyst Management - Will support the Program and Practice Area Leaders by coaching and mentoring more junior analysts. The ID will also be a collaborative worker and support in the development of market expertise among more junior team members. The ID may also take direct line management responsibility for 1-2 analysts to effectively expand his/her GOA output and impact in his/her specific area of expertise.
  • IP Development - Will be a creative thinker and regularly generate and contribute new ideas for GOA topics, products and services in his/her focus area. The ID will also be able to identify and justify new market areas to develop and integrate into the Practice Area vision and strategy.
  • Business Development - Supports the Sales Team when required and proactively identifies business development opportunities with new clients. The IP will support management with client targeting and planning to drive the commercial growth of the Program and/or Practice Area.
  • GOA Deliverables (GO-IN) - Takes full responsibility for completion of GOA deliverables, both on his/her own and in close collaboration with peers. The ID will be focused on creating insightful and impactful content across converging markets and will leverage his/her deep market expertise to provide high value content. The ID will work with closely with team members across the Practice Area and also with other PAs to maximise impact.
  • Best Practice Awards - Responsible for producing regular BP Awards based on GOA deliverables, advisory projects and ongoing industry interactions. Awards may be self-written or created collaboratively through nominations shared with the BPR Team. The ID commonly attends Award Banquets and client sites for award presentations. The ID will also provide valuable additions to junior team members, generate Award ideas for his/her team, nominate and justify companies for awards.
  • Frost Radars - Responsible for producing Frost Radar deliverables across multiple converging industries and markets. Is able to facilitate client discussions to explore the impact of the Frost Radar and present the value of the Radar as a tool for benchmarking companies' future growth potential.
  • GOA Interactive Hours - Leads and manages projects for clients based on GOA interactive hours. Leverages GOA inputs from across the Practice Area and delivers powerful client presentations and strategic recommendations for growth.
  • Advisory Project Analyst - Will work on suitable advisory (Advisory) projects when his/her market expertise can add value to the client engagement. The ID is likely to play the role of either lead analyst or project manager.
  • GPaaS Projects - contributes to GPaaS projects as an expert analyst. The ID would be expected to leverage industry expertise for growth opportunity identification and benchmarking future growth potential by using Frost Radars etc. Will support growth pipeline dialogues (GPDs), growth diagnostics and make suitable project inputs and recommendations.
  • Brand & Demand Solutions - Will contribute to B&D projects as an expert analyst. The ID would be expected to leverage industry expertise for content-based marketing deliverables such as whitepapers, videos etc. The ID will also support promotional activities such as think tanks, roundtables, briefings and webinars.
