OVERVIEW: Under the direction of the Client Relationships Manager (CRM), the senior SCIR is responsible for the day-to-day coverage of BAL’s outsourcing services to support our clients’ immigration programs. As a senior member of the team, the SCSR will need to build relationships cross-functionally to ensure effective collaboration with junior team members, client teams, legal teams, and other firm-wide resources. Assisting the CRM to ensure harmonization between all junior outsourcing team members servicing various accounts. The SCIR may support a single client or a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor various internal or external inboxes and provide timely and accurate responses, obtaining input from client contacts, legal team contacts, and other BAL resources, as needed.
  • Anticipate and provide timeline expectations to employees, managers and other key internal stakeholder.
  • Answer and/or triage general inquiries from client Talent Acquisition (TA) or Global Mobility (GM) teams.
  • Provide or facilitate client HRIS data confirmations.
  • Support and provide input towards continuous improvement and standardization processes.
  • Maintain and track new hire pipeline and onboarding protocols.
  • Attend general client meetings, sessions, and/or trainings as needed and provide after call summary with action items to legal team/CRM, as applicable.
  • Assist in the development and execution of client communications, while working with client and legal teams.
  • Triage inbox escalations and facilitate next steps with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Manage requests and post required client notices, conducting a monthly clean up as needed.
  • Partner with client teams to support multi-step wage related protocols.
  • Creation and maintenance of internal templates and standard operating procedure (SOP) documents.
  • Collaborate with client on large case initiation requests while utilizing internal resources to ensure a successful and efficient process.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Maintain functional understanding and train new team members on client internal programs and tools.
  • Perform regular data integrity audits, while assisting CRM in coordinating updates as applicable.
  • Facilitate coordination of Cobalt© access requests, as they appear in the inbox.
  • Provides initial and ongoing training to junior account members.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for respective account(s) duties/tasks.
  • May create process documentation for new processes and assist with new account building.
  • Provides regular account feedback to promote efficiency and effective account coverage.
