What does a successful Senior Reporting & Data Analyst do? At Fiserv, a successful Senior Data Analyst and Reporting professional will uncover and develop strategic data-driven insights that support our senior leaders in making informed decisions. You will contribute to the development of governance processes around enterprise data and visualization while enhancing the analysis of potential and existing customers. You will work across various business units, offering guidance on data architecture and visualization best practices to optimize business performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in an analytics role.
  • 4+ years of experience with MS Power BI (DAX) in an enterprise organization.
  • 4+ years of experience in SQL or SQL-like language.
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
  • 4+ years of experience in developing reports using SSRS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, IT, or a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of other Power Apps.
  • Experience in Tableau.
  • Experience with data analysis techniques, languages, and software such as SAS, R, Matlab, Python, SPSS.
  • Database architect understanding and experience with the Snowflake data platform.
  • Ability to problem-solve and curiosity about data.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on data architecture and visualization best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize business performance.
  • Act as a strategic intermediary between business units and IT to gather, document, and translate reporting requirements into technical specifications.
  • Utilize Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau for actionable insights.
  • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Leverage advanced analytics techniques on large and disparate data sets.
  • Incorporate master data management best practices into CRM application.
  • Develop complex SQL queries and build Power BI solutions.
