The Senior Renewal Specialist is responsible for reconciling client renewal contract data, preparing proactive renewal quotes, and processing subsequent sales orders. Along the way, you will get to: Manage and Grow Renewal Business Oversee a book of business, conduct research, verify renewal data, and generate proactive renewal quotes including upsell opportunities before contract expiration. Collaborate with Stakeholders Work closely with sales teams, vendor partners, and clients to build relationships, provide accurate pricing guidance, and ensure smooth processing of purchase orders and invoices. Maintain Accurate Data and Forecasts Reconcile contract information, ensure database accuracy, and provide timely status updates to forecast renewal opportunities using internal and external tools.
