About The Position

Euna Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Renewals Manager to lead our renewals operations and drive revenue retention across our customer base. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership, ensuring that renewal processes are timely, data-driven, and aligned with company growth objectives. As the Senior Renewals Manager, you will oversee the renewals function, ensuring predictable recurring revenue, multi-year contract growth, and minimal financial attrition. You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, streamline contract operations, and identify opportunities for expansion, upsell, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Sales leadership roles in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Proven success managing high-performance teams and exceeding renewal or retention targets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS renewal cycles, contract negotiation, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills across multiple functions.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset; proficient in CRM and contract management tools (Salesforce experience required).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end renewal lifecycle - from contract review and pricing updates to invoice generation and execution - ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
  • Maintain high renewal forecast accuracy and renewal hygiene within Salesforce and other systems of record.
  • Review and approve contract terms, pricing concessions, and quotes within approved parameters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in all renewal activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to understand their evolving needs.
  • Engage proactively with customers around renewal options, pricing changes, and multi-year opportunities.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for at-risk renewals and complex negotiations.
  • Partner closely with Account Managers, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to optimize deal structures, pricing, and contract vehicles.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within renewal cycles.
  • Drive system and process improvements in Salesforce and contract management tools to enhance efficiency.
