About the role: Senior Renewal Sales Representative – Esko (Veralto) Location: São Paulo, Brazil or Remote (Americas) Languages: Portuguese, English, and Spanish (fluent, written and spoken)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Flexographic Printing industry (sales or operator)
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Customer-focused and relationship-driven
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Proactive, organized, and accountable
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewal opportunities and achieve quarterly targets
  • Negotiate contract value increases and term extensions
  • Drive win-back initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Partner with Sales and Aftercare to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address inquiries throughout the renewal cycle
  • Manage renewal funnel in Salesforce
  • Proactively handle renewals expiring within 60 days
  • Ensure accurate renewal documentation and invoicing
  • Work closely with Sales, Configuration, Licensing, and Order teams
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on renewal status and risks
