Responsible for identifying sales and cross-sell opportunities through a consultative approach; opens consumer and business deposit accounts to increase in-market deposit growth and identifies and recommends opportunities for residential and small-business loan referrals to appropriate internal partners. Completes maintenance on various account types and provides a full-service experience to all customers including transactional support services at the teller line, as needed. Accountable for achieving individual sales and service goals and contributing to the overall success of the Banking Center customer growth and retention goals, and operational excellence.
