About The Position

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the sales efforts across the UKI & Nordics region, promoting advanced identification solutions. This position requires a strategic mindset as you will build partnerships, develop channels, and drive market penetration. You will play a crucial role in establishing a presence in the region, thereby impacting growth and success in a competitive landscape. Your efforts will directly influence performance and revenue generation within key verticals, including healthcare and banking.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and/or technical sales, preferably in technology or RFID.
  • Experience in Physical or Logical access control, with knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Proven ability to develop and manage a network of channel partners and integrators.
  • Experience in strategic initiatives leading to sales growth in targeted verticals.
  • Understanding of corporate cultures and decision-making in relevant industries.
  • Excellent communication skills for presentations and establishing credibility.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teamwork.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with capability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to analyze information and manage complex sales cycles effectively.
  • Attention to detail and dedication to thoroughness in all sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed regional sales quotas, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build, manage, and develop a strong channel network of distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Manage the assigned territory through regular travel, customer visits, and new business development.
  • Lead sales strategy and market development for key products across specified verticals.
  • Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy in partnership with internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, creating account plans to grow customer base.
  • Engage with end-users and channel partners to promote solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align offerings with market needs and maximize success.
  • Represent the company and product line at industry events and conferences.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and channel effectiveness.
