Requirements

  • Solid experience in the tourism industry (preferably B2B).
  • Proven experience in managing commercial teams.

  • Excellent communication and executive presence.
  • Analytical ability for data-driven decision making.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional commercial plan aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, develop, and monitor a team of Account Executives.
  • Ensure revenue growth and profitability in the region.
  • Monitor commercial performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Expand market penetration and capillarity.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and new strategic hubs.
  • Represent the company at events, fairs, and strategic meetings.
  • Ensure excellent relationships with key agencies in the region.
  • Support the launch of campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Products and Marketing teams to maximize results.
