About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Regional Sales Manager (Remote). In this role, you will lead a sales force focused on diabetes care, driving efforts to meet sales goals while fostering a high-performing and motivated team. Your influence will extend across Ontario and the Atlantic provinces, where you'll implement strategies to enhance market presence and customer satisfaction through innovative product offerings. The position demands a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on sales activities, all aimed at improving the lives of those managing diabetes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Health Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of medical device sales management experience.
  • Experience in product management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the salesforce towards achieving sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain a highly effective and motivated sales team.
  • Direct a team of District Sales Managers on sales planning, execution, and HR issues.
  • Interact with marketing on all salesforce execution issues and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to address performance reporting and data issues.
  • Participate in Demand and S&OP meetings providing market intelligence input.
  • Conduct field work with sales representatives to assess market conditions.
  • Review salesforce Performance Excellence appraisals for consistency and equity.
  • Manage a territory spanning from Ontario to the Atlantic provinces.
  • Travel approximately 40% of the time.
