What you will do Reporting to the Vice President, Applied & IREF Equipment Sales, Americas will be responsible for establishing and executing the sales operating model and supporting the business go to market strategy. The function will work with the EqNA sales organization in developing sales infrastructure through processes, KPIs and technology enhancements and product/systems training. The role will lead a direct Regional Sales Manager team, while working cross functionally with sales, data analytics, finance, information technology & human resources in the development, delivery, and management of sales tools, sale reporting, sales planning / forecasting, and critical KPIs.
