About The Position

Okta is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Regional Marketing Specialist to support the development, execution, and optimization of demand generation programs across our AMER Strat and SLED Regional Marketing teams. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute impactful marketing initiatives that drive engagement and pipeline growth. From event coordination to digital programs and performance reporting, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and marketing success.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B tech marketing; experience in B2G is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Splash, 6sense, Marketo, and Asana.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in writing and editing content.
  • Exceptional prioritization, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a sales development or sales support role is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Program Planning and Execution: Collaborate with AMER Strategic and Public Sector Marketing and Sales teams to plan and implement demand generation programs, including online and offline campaigns. Support activities such as regional events, inbound and outbound digital marketing, and more.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between the AMER regional marketing team and other segment marketers (Commercial, Enterprise) as well as the xDR teams. Ensure seamless information sharing and alignment across teams for program success.
  • Project Management: Partner with internal teams and external resources to support the creation of high-quality campaign assets, including email copy and sequences, targeted offers, and marketing materials.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and analyze channel performance, program ROI, and marketing funnel health. Provide actionable insights to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns by region.
  • Operational Support: Assist with Salesforce campaign creation, audience targeting via 6sense, and development of campaign briefs. Create enablement tools and materials for sales teams, including SDRs and Account Executives, to ensure program alignment and readiness.
