About The Position

As a Senior Red Air Analyst, you will support US Army Europe-Africa (USAREUR-AF) G2 and the Security Assistance Group-Ukraine (SAG-U) intelligence mission partners as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with the Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission areas. You will be embedded at Wiesbaden, Germany and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. This position is contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. You must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience; OR
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of six (6) years of specialized experience; OR
  • Ten (10) years of specialized experience.
  • Deep understanding of air-to-ground and air-to-air munition employment.
  • Experience in producing operational and tactical intelligence.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a lessons learned and TTP program.
  • Strong analytical and assessment skills.
  • Excellent coordination and advisory skills.
  • Proficiency in designing tracking systems and developing a common operating picture.
  • Minimum Security Clearance – TS/SCI, eligible for Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Language: Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian language is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct adversary analysis and assessment on air-to-ground munition employment in coordination with an understanding of the current ground scheme of maneuver.
  • Produce operational and tactical intelligence to inform senior leaders and partners.
  • Conduct analysis and assessments on adversary air employment and its impacts on civilian and defense infrastructure, as well as partner Air Forces.
  • Establish a lessons learned and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) program to understand adversary air employment at the strategic and operational environment.
  • Conduct assessments on indications and warnings for adversary air employment against civilian and defense infrastructure.
  • Advise and assist in understanding air-to-ground and air-to-air munition employment.
  • Coordinate understanding of the air picture with higher headquarters and adjacent units.
  • Design relevant tracking systems to develop a common operating picture.
