About The Position

Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) offers a role focused on making a significant impact by supporting renewable energy projects and life-enhancing technologies. CMC specializes in providing tailored solutions to clients in sustainable industries, helping them maximize their organizational potential. As an Associate Consultant, the primary responsibility involves cultivating strong relationships with prospective clients who require expert assistance for the successful delivery of large-scale projects, particularly within the Renewable Energy sector. This role also necessitates close collaboration with CMC’s internal experts who offer daily support to clients. CMC is a global consulting brand, part of the Amoria Group, an established international staffing and professional services organization, with a presence across Asia Pacific and Europe. The company expanded its global footprint by opening its Dallas office in November 2022 and is actively growing its team for future development.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with existing and prospective CMC clients through outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships
  • Negotiate terms and agreements on behalf of CMC to secure new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand and define project requirements and objectives
  • Conduct thorough industry research to identify upcoming projects and assess pipeline opportunities
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on overcoming project challenges and achieving successful outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and successful project execution
