About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Recruiting Coordinator who is passionate about the customer experience and providing top-tier service for all end users. Someone who not only enjoys recruitment but also excels at multi-tasking, organization, and helping to lead multiple hiring projects across our client locations. Location: Baton Rouge, LA. This role will support multiple locations in the Baton Rouge area and requires regular, in-person presence at the client sites.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within full cycle recruiting.
  • Proven experience handling HR generalist responsibilities (employee relations, onboarding, compliance support, etc).
  • Experience working with varying leadership levels through the Executive Level.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Frequent travel to client locations and conduct in person meetings with the HR teams regarding their staffing requirements.
  • Assist with coordinating and conducting on site interviews and hiring events.
  • Provide direct support to candidates, hiring managers, and hiring teams.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement).
  • Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Build a relationship with the Talent Acquisition team supporting the client and participate in regularly scheduled calls regarding staffing activity.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.
