The Senior Recruiter will play a pivotal role in leading full-cycle recruitment for leadership positions across the portfolio, with a primary focus on Executive Director searches at the community level, as well as select corporate leadership roles. This position requires a strategic and proactive talent partner who can identify, engage, and attract top-tier leadership talent. The ideal candidate will bring experience in full-cycle recruiting and the ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies, including external talent mapping and direct outreach. A proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering a premium candidate experience throughout the recruitment process is essential. Experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or other multi-site corporate environments is strongly preferred.
