We are seeking a Senior Recruiter / HR Generalist who thrives in startup environments and takes pride in proactively sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent while also supporting core HR operations. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and the opportunity to help scale both our team and People function. This role is ideal for someone who operates with urgency, ownership, and a strong talent-hunting mentality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to operate independently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience recruiting engineering, data science, and technical roles
  • Degree in Human Resources or HR certification preferred
  • Experience supporting HR Generalist responsibilities
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Workable preferred)
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or startup environments
  • Proven experience hiring high volume 50 + technical hires per year

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, go-to-market, and corporate roles
  • Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking
  • Build strong, qualified talent pipelines
  • Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership on hiring strategy
  • Screen candidates and drive interview processes efficiently
  • Manage offers, negotiations, and candidate closing
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Track and manage candidate pipelines using our ATS (Workable)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure completion of employee documentation, including I-9 and compliance requirements
  • Experienced maintain detailed and accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Support employee relations and employee inquiries
  • Assist with benefits administration and People programs
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding
  • Help support performance management and employee lifecycle processes
  • Contribute to building scalable HR processes as we grow
