About The Position

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design strategy for a cutting-edge AI platform, transforming complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. Working closely with engineering and product teams in a hybrid San Francisco environment, you will conduct deep UX research and iterate on sophisticated SaaS interface designs to drive measurable product impact and user success.

Requirements

• Possesses 6+ years of experience designing complex, high-impact B2B SaaS products.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to articulate design tradeoffs and show clear, data-driven product outcomes.
• Exhibits mastery in visual design, UX strategy, and potentially motion design or design system leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on complex SaaS workflows that simplify advanced technical processes for end-users.
• Lead end-to-end UX research initiatives to validate designs and uncover deep customer insights.
• Collaborate on the evolution of internal design systems and implement high-fidelity motion or interaction designs.
