About The Position

This high-impact role acts as an extension of the CEO, driving mission-critical projects across product, clinical partnerships, and logistics. You will own operational workflows end-to-end, launch new product categories based on customer insights, and manage investor relations. Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, or Bain).
• 1–2 years of high-executional velocity experience at an early-stage startup.
• Exceptional structured problem-solver with a track record of driving complex projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine daily operations across suppliers, logistics, and patient fulfillment systems.
• Scope, validate, and launch entirely new health interventions and product capabilities from concept to market.
• Prepare investor materials, decision frameworks, and drive cross-functional coordination to ensure executive leverage.
