About The Position

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in executing high-quality, full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, supporting both current and future hiring needs through strong sourcing strategies, stakeholder partnership, and exceptional candidate experience. The Senior Recruiter brings deep recruiting expertise, market insight, and a consultative mindset, contributing to process improvements and data-informed decisions—without people leadership or formal management responsibilities. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys complex searches, autonomy, and impact, while remaining an individual contributor. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • 5+ yrs or progressive experience in recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex requisitions and deliver results.
  • Strong sourcing expertise and experience recruiting across multiple functions and role types.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Data-informed mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies for a variety of roles, including hard-to-fill and specialized positions.
  • Proactively build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Stakeholder Partnership Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing market insights, candidate feedback, and hiring recommendations.
  • Candidate Experience & Engagement Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
  • Act as an ambassador for the organization’s employer brand in all candidate interactions.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Data & Process Contribution Utilize recruiting metrics and data to manage requisitions effectively and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of candidate activity within the ATS.
  • Compliance & Best Practices Ensure recruiting activities align with employment laws, internal policies, and equitable hiring practices.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement strategies.
