May be involved in writing and placing advertising for open positions in publications; online and print. Source, screen and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills for open positions; may utilize ATS. Arrange for interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary. Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures. Recruiting for 20-30 positions for the food distribution locations, for exempt roles (Supply Chain/Sales Support). Review resumes, conduct phone screen interviews with candidates, regular communication with candidates. Schedule interviews with hiring managers. Conducting follow ups with candidates and managers. Extending offers. Handling multiple hiring managers at multiple field locations. Use Workday and Phenom Microsoft Suite (office, Excel, email), Applicant Tracking System experiences (ie Workday, Phenom), strong user of LinkedIn/Indeed Experience, Must strong sourcing background Experience with Workday and/or Phenom, experience recruiting for supply chain/distribution/sales/HR in a supply chain/food distribution setting Strong Communication, Ability to navigate hiring managers and utilize recruiting best practices, conduct phone calls with candidates, conduct staffing calls with HR and Hiring Managers, ability to be flexible and adaptable, team collaboration
