About The Position

The Opportunity: The Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to both hiring managers and candidates, building trusted relationships that enable a consistently successful, end-to-end hiring process. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, mission priorities, and workforce needs of the client groups supported, as well as current labor-market dynamics within targeted talent pools. The Recruiter provides data-driven guidance to hiring leaders on attraction strategies, sourcing approaches, and candidate selection to secure top-tier talent. The Recruiter is responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing through social networks, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making. This role ensures all recruiting activities and deliverables comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities
  • 2+ years of experience supporting full lifecycle recruitment activity supporting clients in the federal government space
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday systems
  • Experience with talent pipelining, Boolean search, and social recruiting techniques to identify passive candidates
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Bachelor's degree
