About this role As a Senior Recruiter at Faire, you will be instrumental in helping scale a high-growth startup. We are looking for someone that is passionate about recruiting and working with hiring managers to find top talent across our Product, Strategy and Design orgs. We are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, a data-driven and proactive approach to managing pipelines and a seamless candidate experience, and can partner effectively with our recruiting team and key stakeholders to grow the company.

Requirements

  • 4+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-pace environment
  • You are resourceful, proactive and take initiative on helping to solve complex talent puzzles
  • You are passionate about recruiting
  • You are organized and have excellent time management skills
  • You care deeply about the candidate experience and employee brand, with impeccable attention to detail
  • You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • You are data driven and have experience managing weekly pipeline reporting

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including the ability to negotiate and close candidates
  • Communicate and effectively partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deeply understand roles and build out structured processes and create effective job descriptions
  • Drive creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, along with internal referrals, to identify and attract high quality candidates
  • Drive the offer process to onboard candidates
  • Help maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and build out transparent reporting for stakeholders on recruiting activity
