As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a strategic partner to Engineering, Research, Product, and G&A leaders, helping to build the teams that power our platform at scale. Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly develop fluency in complex technical domains and engage credibly with senior technical candidates.
  • Strong business judgment and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing hiring decisions and closing high-impact candidates.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while knowing when to collaborate or escalate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal judgment, and the ability to give and receive direct, constructive feedback.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles, including building robust talent pipelines, conducting screens, driving structured interviews and decision-making, advising on compensation, and closing exceptional candidates.
  • Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to leaders across Engineering (Safety, Product & Technical Foundations), Research Engineering, Product, and G&A.
  • Continuously improve and scale recruiting processes, designing structured, high-signal interview frameworks that balance candidate experience with interviewer efficiency.
  • Equip hiring teams with the tools, training, and best practices needed to attract and assess world-class talent.
  • Maintain rigorous data hygiene in Ashby and provide clear, actionable reporting on recruiting metrics and hiring goals.
