About The Position

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in our downtown Fort Worth corporate headquarters. As we grow as a maturing hiring organization, we are seeking someone with deep recruiting skills and leadership capability. Your role: As Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruiting cycle from the time the business identifies a need to hire through the candidate accepting the offer for groups hiring engineers, construction managers, and other technical professionals in the U.S. The Freese and Nichols Talent Acquisition Mission is: To attract, select, and hire talented people to help them achieve their personal goals and for the success of the company in creating infrastructure that sustains our communities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience years' full-cycle recruitment experience including screening, sourcing, and client management
  • 1 year experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with your clients to understand their hiring needs and strategize on how to identify the right talent, proactively communicating with them throughout the process
  • Use a variety of methods to identify talent including employee referrals, online applications, recruiting agencies, LinkedIn, and good old-fashioned research and networking
  • Screen candidates through conversation to ensure they are qualified, interested, available, and affordable before presenting to client for feedback
  • Assist your client and candidate through the interview and offer process, communicating proactively with each party throughout
  • Consulting and advising your clients throughout the hiring process to ensure quality hiring decisions and desired business outcomes
  • Be an ambassador of Freese and Nichols, ensuring each candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the final result of our engagement with them
  • Coach, mentor, and supervise 3 experienced hire recruiters on the team
  • During peaks in the university recruiting season you may help support our university recruiting strategy including attending career fairs.
