About The Position

Source candidates for multiple industries and maintaining an active pool of skilled candidates Meet or exceed all minimum company recruiting metrics daily, weekly, and monthly Ongoing focus to increase personal gross margin Conduct reference checks and pre-employment testing as required Conduct talent calls, interviews, interview preps and orientations as needed Develop relationships with local companies, chambers, and other networking activity to assist in finding local candidates for placement in local positions Document and maintain all candidate and client information in company database appropriately and accurately Work with the Learning & Development team to implement all development plans Maintain a steady applicant flow by consistently advertising jobs on a variety of platforms Seek new and creative ways to recruit quality candidates Effectively communicate with client Managers and HR Business Partners about open positions daily Ensure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating processes Attend job fairs and networking events as required Tour client locations to fully understand positions and client needs Keep a positive attitude, open mind, and flexibility within our fast paced and ever-changing environment Assist in mentoring and training new recruiting team members
