What will you contribute? As a Senior Talent Attraction Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and execution leader for talent acquisition across key areas of the business, with a strong focus on AI, engineering, and advanced technology hiring. You will design and drive innovative recruiting strategies, blending best‑in‑class traditional methodologies with modern, technology‑forward sourcing approaches. You will play a critical role in shaping Finastra’s talent landscape by building trusted partnerships with business leaders, influencing hiring decisions, and ensuring we secure exceptional talent across the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial search strategy through offer acceptance. This is a high‑impact role for a seasoned recruiting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, globally connected, innovation‑driven environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in corporate full‑cycle recruiting within a multinational or high‑growth environment, preferably with exposure to AI/technology roles.
  • Experience managing both international and remote hiring processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms (Workday experience strongly preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal—with the ability to influence and advise at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency using digital sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM platforms, and talent intelligence tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to positively influence hiring decisions and close top-tier candidates.
  • High degree of accountability, accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to data integrity.
  • Proven ability to build, maintain, and activate candidate pipelines for both immediate and long-term hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including targeted attraction, rigorous selection, and competitive offer negotiation for assigned hiring initiatives.
  • Lead tailored recruitment strategies for AI, engineering, cloud, data, and emerging technology roles.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business priorities, forecast talent needs, and shape long-term hiring strategies across multiple lines of business.
  • Provide expert consultation on hiring best practices, talent market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using a wide range of sourcing techniques, including online platforms, professional associations, technical communities, events, direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Actively engage passive candidates and cultivate long-term relationships with high‑potential AI and technology talent.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all recruiting activity in Workday.
  • Safeguard a smooth, transparent, and highly professional candidate experience at every stage.
  • Meet and exceed key recruiting metrics while continuously improving process efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for approved staffing agencies supporting eligible searches.
  • Conduct quarterly evaluations of external recruitment partners; negotiate fees, contracts, and terms; and ensure alignment with global procurement requirements.
  • Leverage social media and digital platforms to amplify Finastra’s employer brand.
  • Act as a Finastra Ambassador, representing our culture, values, and technology vision to the external talent market.
  • Partner with HR and global TA colleagues to align on shared goals and priorities.
  • Contribute to international TA initiatives, including process optimization, technology enhancements, policy evolution, and employer branding enhancements.
  • Support the growth and capability development of the broader TA team through proactive knowledge sharing.
