Ability to navigate evolving aviation industry needs, solve hiring bottlenecks and make decisions that ensure the organization remains staffed with skilled professionals who meet Elliott Aviation's high standards of technical excellence. Education and Experience preferred for this role are: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role Aviation industry recruiting experience highly preferred Why join Elliott? The base annual salary range for this role is $50,000 USD - $100,000 USD. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of experience levels.
